GTIIT canteen is open today!

GTIIT canteen has three floors. The first floor has two parts, the one outside is a spacious deck areas facing a pond while the inside is food stalls offering special flavour cuisines. The second floor is student canteen and the third floor is staff canteen. It is the students' ?canteen that is put into service today.

Surrounded by French casements, GTIIT canteen is shrouded in sunlight dancing with shadows casted by decorated lights, elegant and delicate. Looking through windows, spectacular Sangpu Mountain and the glistening pool under sunshine work up your appetite. With agreeable environment and air-conditioners, the scorching sun seems to has nothing to do with us.

GTIIT canteen also has spacious public areas for students to enjoy, palatable and fresh.

On the third floor, there is a hanging garden.
?

GTIIT canteen will provide students and staff with breakfast, lunch and dinner, mainly Cantonese cuisine, Kejia cuisine, Chaoshan cuisine and Sichuan cuisine. According to the canteen chef, GTIIT canteen will have 15 to 30 dishes everyday and adjust its menus in accordance with seasons and climate. The price of cuisines is affordable - meat dishes cost from 2 yuan to 5 yuan.

To meet the need of different students and enrich choices for students, GTIIT canteen contractor will undertake surveys on students’ favor at set intervals as reference for adjustment.

The food catering operator is in charge for the cleaning and hygiene of the canteen with a registered certificate for that.

One of the main attractions of GTIIT canteen’s design is an automatic conveyor belt.
?
?
Service plates with leftover can be put onto the automatic conveyer belt. Staff behind the belt will categorize the leftover while empty plates will be washed, steamed and sterilized to ensure hygiene.
