GTIIT has successfully completed the 2018 admission process.? 275 students were admitted, 53 more than last year.

The highest Gaokao score admitted in Guangdong is 601, 101 points above the priority cut-off. The average Gaokao score admitted to GTIIT in Guangdong is 543, 43 points above the priority cut-off.

We see more geographic diversity this year. The number of students from Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Zhuhai, Jieyang and Huizhou has shown encouraging growth.? We will be welcoming students from Meizhou and Shanwei for the first time.?

In addition to the existing 12 provinces and cities that GTIIT has already been recruiting students from, another five new areas have been added in 2018. They are?Shanghai, Zhejiang, Liaoning, Shaanxi and Shanxi.? GTIIT was listed in the early round in Tianjin, in the undergraduate round in Shandong, Liaoning, Shanghai and Zhejiang and in the first tier university round in the areas.?

Significant improvement of Gaokao performance was witnessed in the admission process for areas outside Guangdong province. In those provinces where GTIIT was listed in the first tier university round, an average of 50 points above the cut-off line was recorded among the admitted students.
